    Matt Woolley (full biography here)
    Senior Vice President, Business Development, Indecomm

    Matt Woolley leverages over 20 years of mortgage industry experience to drive strategic growth and innovation at Indecomm. With a deep expertise in robotics process automation and machine learning, Matt has helped lenders and mortgage insurers improve operational efficiency and cost savings.

    Outside of work, Matt has a rich background in soccer, having played professionally and coached youth teams. He holds a USSF C Coaching License and remains active in youth development through coaching and leadership roles.

    Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder, WILQO

    Rob Katz is the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of WILQO, where he drives strategic initiatives and product development in the mortgage banking and financial services space. With an extensive background as CIO of Monument Mortgage and leadership roles at EllieMae and ReverseVision, Rob has a proven track record of innovation and growth.

    He also co-founded the Katz Amsterdam Foundation, which focuses on mental health care, wellness, and racial justice. Rob’s commitment to community and leadership is evident both professionally and philanthropically.

    Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Maxwell

    Rutul Davé leads Maxwell’s engineering and product teams, developing AI-driven solutions that empower lenders and streamline the mortgage process. Under his guidance, Maxwell has supported over 400 lenders, processing $230 billion in loan volume.

    Rutul’s innovations include AI-powered tools like the AI-assisted letter of explanation, helping lenders close 15% more loans with a 10% reduction in resubmissions. In 2023, he was named a HousingWire Vanguard for his impact on the mortgage industry.

    Srini Bharadwaj leads digital transformation at Scry AI, bringing over 30 years of experience in AI and financial technology. He co-founded Rage Frameworks, where he developed a patented data extraction engine and led AI innovations at Genpact. At Scry AI, Srini oversees AI-driven solutions like Collatio® and Anomalia® that help businesses solve complex problems.

    A respected thought leader, Srini frequently speaks at industry conferences, driving innovation in AI and financial services.

    Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Friday Harbor

    Theodore Ellis leads Friday Harbor, an AI-driven company transforming the mortgage origination process. With a background at Pagaya Technologies, Altisource, PIMCO, and McKinsey, Ellis has extensive experience in financial services and technology integration. He holds an AB in Economics from Princeton and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

    Under his leadership, Friday Harbor is pioneering the use of AI to simplify underwriting and improve efficiency. A recognized industry leader, Ellis frequently speaks on AI in mortgage origination.
