Home Building Industry Update 2024

Join the Mortgage Bankers Association as we partner with the Home Builders Association and the Saint Louis REALTORS  to present a variety of perspectives on the home building industry in the St. Louis region:  You will hear from home builders of all sizes, a land development professional and the Executive Vice President of the Home Builders Association of St. Louis. 

This includes an update on permit numbers, a lot of great, current information from our recent Economic Forecast breakfast, perspectives from two different sizes of production builder and a custom builder, and some of the activities at the HBA (including workforce development), etc.
