Patrick Benoist Term Ending 2027 - Vice President
With over 25 years of experience in Business Development, Patrick Benoist currently serves as Regional Sales Manager of TPO at Maxwell, known for his strategic vision and collaborative approach. Patrick has achieved substantial revenue growth and pioneered innovative programs in the mortgage industry.
Missy Palitzsch - Term ending 2028 - Secretary/Treasurer
Missy Palitzsch is a Senior Mortgage Banker at Flat Branch Home Loans, specializing in assisting first- time homebuyers, families upgrading to their next home, and real estate investors. active in her community, Missy is a member of the St. Charles Association of Realtors, the programs chair for the St. Charles County Women's Council of Realtors, and a former chair of the board for The Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce. She has received numerous awards including the "St. Charles County Association of realtors President's Award," and "Member of the Year" from the Women's Council of Realtors. Outside of work, Missy enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her husband Tom and their four children.

Tim Walters - Term ending 2026 - Affiliate Member
